In September 2019, the 19/20 AGD Staff Engagement survey was sent to all 163 staff members employed at the Accountant General’s Department. Staff members were asked to provide feedback anonymously through an online survey.
The survey had 45 questions about the workplace experience. The results of the survey were shared in December 2019 with the Senior Management team and then later with staff. The senior management team, listening to staff feedback, drafted a plan of action for the 20/21 financial year to address critical issues identified in the staff survey.
